This is an optional add-on to the Base Package the includes one commercial grade thermal raffle ticket printer and software license that allows the Drawings Manager system to print raffle tickets for drawings such as Queen of Hearts and Jacks-n-Jokers drawings.

The optional cash drawer is integrated with the Drawings Manager system and automatically opens as members signup for drawings.

Remote support for the Drawings Manager. This includes answering questions, troubleshooting issues and general help with managing your system.

Cost for us to travel to your location to help with initial setup and provide informal training on how to use the system and a Q&A session. price depends on location. (typical cost for Ohio customers is $300)

This device is used to wirelessly transmit the winners display from the Drawings Manager to a TV. Wireless devices can be affected by distance to the tv as well as walls and obstructions. An HDMI port is required on the remote tv to connect the wireless receiver dongle. Contact us with questions on whether this device will work for your specific configuration.

A complete Drawings Manager system that can be used to replace the primary system in the case of a failure. A tool is provided to automate the recovery from the primary system to the standby system.
