Features

Our system has been deployed across numerous lodges, giving us extensive experience with a wide range of drawing types and methods. If you have a specific drawing format at your lodge, feel free to reach out, and we'll confirm if it can be supported. Below is a sample of the types of drawings we can handle, though this is not an exhaustive list:

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, "Day of the Month," and "Attendance/Bonus" drawings
• Group-specific drawings, such as Men-only, Women-only, Veterans-only, or Legion-only
• 50/50, Progressive, "Pick Your Own Number," Dues Board and "Lottery"
• Cashless and One-time drawings such as Basket Raffles and one time item raffles (grills, guns, etc)
• Raffle Ticket type drawings such as Queen of Hearts, Jacks & Jokers, Ace of Spades

This is a VERY popular feature with lodges that are using it!!! Our Winners Display feature allows drawing winners to be displayed as a real-time, constantly updated scrolling marquee on one or more TV's in your lodge that are separate from the Drawings Manager system. The Winners Display also shows the current value of the "pot" for each drawing that is updated every time someone signs up for a drawing. 

The system comes fully assembled on a convenient tray, which includes a power strip that can be easily disconnected from the wall outlet. This makes it simple to relocate the entire setup to a different area of the lodge. This feature is especially useful for lodges that wish to move the drawing signup station away from the bar during special events. To relocate the system, simply unplug it, move the tray to the new location, plug it back in, you'll be ready to continue signing up members for drawings. The process to relocate the system takes "minutes"!

• Optional "Member Orientation" feature where members can't sign up for drawings unlsss they have been marked as having attended lodge member orientation
• Min/Max payout, present/not-present payout and deferred sales to ensure pots that are won have roll-over money for the next drawing
• Draw-down and Additional Draw features when pots reach a specified threshold

• Ability to reschedule drawings for holidays and unplanned closures
• Print "Z-report" sales summary for daily, "drawing period" or customized dates
• Print summary of drawing results and winners lists
• Management of member database and enforcement of expired members as well as configurable grace periods

• The system is portable and can be easily relocated to different areas of the lodge in a matter of minutes!
• "Manual Draw" feature allows you to use traditional methods to pick a number from a tumbler to select a winner. After the number is selected it is manually entered into the Drawings Manager system to identify the winner of a drawing. 

The optional Raffle Ticket System integrates seamlessly with the Drawings Manager and supports popular drawing types such as Queen of Hearts, Jacks & Jokers, and Ace of Spades. With this add-on, the system works alongside a commercial thermal printer and custom 5.5mm thick perforated paper to print the specified number of tickets for each member. Each ticket includes the member's name, ID, drawing name, date, and time, as well as a QR code containing member and drawing details for easy tracking.
